On Wednesday, March 26th, 2025 a few hundred of us gathered for a wonderful evening. We enjoyed live jazz, delicious food, and encouraging, heartfelt stories from Pastors Jud and Lori of the amazing things God is doing. Pastor Jud gave us some insight into his prayers for Central and our future. Pastors Jud, Mike, and Geoff also shared some of the Legacy Ministry’s successes and recent changes. It all made for such an amazing evening!
Pastor Jud shared four of his top financial prayers for the church:
- Provide for Central’s basic operating needs. Everything is simply more expensive; yet, by the grace of God, Central continues to thrive!
- One day God would help us eliminate our debt. Our debt is currently around $22.5 million, and each year we try to pay down $700,000 in principal.
- That God would provide another building on our Henderson location. This would be a multi-use facility that could act as a warehouse for Hope For The City, a place to serve food for the community, and also be used for large events such as our Legacy Dinner.
- That God would provide a permanent Summerlin location. They have met in schools for 17 years.
